Mark Edwards brings his over 25 years of proven teaching/tutoring experience, with highly
effective ratings, to the Krupnick Approach. He possesses a strong record of improving
students’ test scores. His focus is preparing students for the ACT, SAT, PSAT, SSAT, HSPT,
ISEE, and other entrance exams. He has shown an ability to communicate complex
information in a simple and entertaining manner.
Mark has had much success during his teaching/tutoring career. One of his students
became a Rhodes Scholar. Many others attended Ivy League schools and became
successful in their fields. He likes to create an environment that fosters learning- one that is
based on mutual respect. His experience as a yearbook advisor helped him appreciate the
struggles students face when they take on many responsibilities.
While majoring in English and obtaining teacher certification from Rutgers University, Mark
also minored in meteorology. He considers himself an amateur meteorologist, and his
passion for the weather is eclipsed only by that for his students’ success.
